Our Inspiration

VISION AND MISSION

To create a harmonious fusion of elegance, catering to the unique taste of modern individuals who appreciate the beauty of simplicity.

We strive to empower the local community, particularly skilled artisans, by showcasing their craftsmanship on a global platform

The Challenge

Lack of Employment Opportunities

Palestinian refugee women do not have access to employment opportunities which makes their daily lives difficult and leads to poverty.

Loss of Traditional Embroidery Craftsmanship

Traditional embroidery is an integral part of Palestinian cultural heritage, yet the craft faces the risk of fading away as younger generations need more opportunities to learn and practice these skills.

Limited Representation of Palestinian Designs

The global impact of Palestinian embroidery and its stories often goes unnoticed, leaving people unaware of the immense significance and exquisite beauty inherent in this traditional art form. Consequently, they miss out on valuable opportunities to appreciate and support it. The lack of modern designs hampers our ability to reach global markets and share this cultural treasure with a wider audience.

Our Solution

HAMA aims to raise global awareness and appreciation for Palestinian heritage through fashion, jewelry, and art pieces.

By working from home, artisans not only create sustainable income but also gain independence.

As part of our commitment to social impact, we donate 20% of our profits towards the education of girls in various camps in Jordan and Palestine.

Additionally, we have helped establishing an art school in the Gaza camp to equip the younger generations with essential skills to navigate their politically and humanitarian critical situation, ensuring their survival and empowerment.
