I recently partnered with Slow Factory for their Global South Renaissance event in NYC, where I had the honor of dressing powerful women like Amanda Seales, Jenan Matari, Kenza Fourati, and Mona Miari. Each of these remarkable women embodies activism and empowerment, making this collaboration especially meaningful.
The garments they wore were crafted by refugee women in Gaza and Jordan, turning fashion into a platform for storytelling and advocacy. Each piece highlighted not just beauty but resilience, reflecting the struggles and strength of the women behind the stitches. Since October 2023, all profits have been donated to support communities in Gaza and Nakba survivors in Jordan, creating a tangible impact through fashion.
This partnership is a step forward in my mission to merge fashion with activism, proving that style can drive change and elevate voices often unheard. Stay tuned for more collaborations that push the boundaries of ethical fashion!
