Chair of Art and Culture at Sister Cities Chicago Amman

A message from or designer 

Born and raised in #Jordan and now a proud citizen of #Chicago, I cherish the deep connection I hold with both cities. #Amman, with its rich culture, generosity, and authenticity, and Chicago, abundant in art, opportunities, and warmth, are both close to my heart. Those who know me are well aware of my passion for art and culture and my dedication to these two remarkable cities. This profound passion led me to become the Chair of #Art and #Culture for the Chicago-Amman Sister Cities program. I firmly believe that true change comes from within our actions. As Mahatma Gandhi wisely said, “Be the change you wish to see in the world.”

Though I am relatively new to the program, participating in its 20th-anniversary celebration brought me immense joy and a deep sense of fulfillment, as I found myself surrounded by a community I now consider family. It is an honor to contribute to such a meaningful cause.

Through this message, I extend an invitation to anyone based in Amman or Chicago to connect with me regarding #opportunities in art and culture between our two cities. I am always eager to meet new people and explore collaborative possibilities. Together, let us embody the positive change we wish to see in the world.
